Groupon FAQ
Q. My Groupon is expired -- will you extend the expiration date?
A. No. While we can expire the offer, we cannot expire the cash you paid for your Groupon, which was $35. Just bring in the expired Groupon and it will be honored as a $35 gift card for services only. We really do want to meet you, so we hope you will come in!
Q. What should I wear to my appointment?
A. Because we will be moving you around and placing your body in different treatment positions, we will need you to be lightly clothed. For men, shorts and a loose t-shirt or tank top is recommended. For women, shorts and a sports bra are the recommended attire. If you cannot wear this type of clothing to your appointment, you may bring them with you and change here. Please do not wear jeans or sweat pants.
Q. I am female and am not comfortable wearing shorts for my appointment -- is there another option.
A. Yes. Just wear a pair of loosely fitting wind/jogging pants instead. Please, no jeans or sweat pants.
Q. How long will my session last?
A. We allot about 1 hour and 15 minutes for your session which includes time for us to talk about what is going on as well as a treatment.
Q. I have a long history with this condition, may I download and complete my forms at home to bring with me to my appointment?

Q. Are there any upgrades for this Groupon?
A. Yes. You may upgrade to two (2) hours for only $45. This is a savings of $75 total and recommended for people who have widespread pain only.
Q. When may I use my Groupon?
A. You may use your Groupon any time you like, by appointment only.
